Notes for Cardholders
10% discount on all journeys for cardholders. There is no additional charge for bringing your essential companion (+1) to accompany you.
Standing and Queuing
We will meet you at the exact time and place as per your booking arrangement with us, as well as accompany you to the car and to your destination.
Level Access
Where level access is required, we will meet you at the most wheelchair accessible place possible to ensure the best place for pick-up.
Distances
We will take you through the best and quickest way possible.
Urgent Toilet Access
We will ensure that we know where the nearest toilet is on any journey, including any accessible toilet.
Disability Assist Dogs
We take dogs as required on our service.
Essential Companions
There is no additional charge for bringing your essential companion (+1) to accompany you.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Staff members are trained on how to assist people with visual impairment.
