Notes for Cardholders
Enjoy a discounted rate of $30 per person instead of $35. Please mention HAPAI when booking by phone or email. When booking online, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your time slot, after which we will apply the discount upon arrival. A minimum of 4 players is required per booking. One essential companion or cardholder plays for free, applicable only for teams of 5 to 16 players.

Standing and Queuing
Our office and customer areas are spacious, featuring plenty of seating options with sofas and chairs. Only one group is allowed per time slot, ensuring that all bookings are private.
Level Access
Our ground-floor venue is free of obstacles, providing easy access. An accessible toilet is available; however, there is a small step to enter. In the game room, there is one steep ramp, but this has not posed an issue for our customers in wheelchairs in the past. The remainder of the floor features smooth, polished concrete or carpet. Our team is always available to assist by holding doors open for customers and ensuring smooth access without obstacles.
Distances
We have one parking space available in the building; please book it in advance, as it will only be available for the duration of your booking. Additionally, there are private parking spots located right near the entrance for visitor use. Alternatively, street parking is available nearby within 50 meters.
Urgent Toilet Access
The toilet is conveniently located in our office, just off the seating area, and is unlocked at all times. Additionally, emergency exit buttons are available in the game area, allowing customers to leave the room at any moment.
Disability Assist Dogs
We comply with the NZ law with respect to Disability Assistance Dogs. The staff will offer you water for your dog and will indicate the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself.
Essential Companions
Please note that during the booking process, the group must indicate if they have a Hāpai cardholder. When communicating over the phone or via email, be sure to inquire about any special needs and include this information in the booking to ensure the onsite team can prepare accordingly.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Our games primarily rely on visual clues, and the lighting may not be consistently bright. We do not have a system to convert visual clues into audio clues, making it challenging to describe every visual puzzle within the 60-minute time frame. It is advisable to have a team member with strong visual skills.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
We have a written version of the brief available, and all puzzles can be completed without sound effects. Each team is provided with a notepad, and printed copies of the brief are available at the start of the games.
